Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains when and how refunds or cancellations are handled for services or products purchased via ArshSoft.

1. Applicability

  • This policy applies to all services and digital products offered by ArshSoft (website development, software solutions, digital services, etc.).
  • Because many services are customized and digital in nature, refund availability may be limited or conditional.

2. Cancellation by Client (Before Work Start)

  • If you request cancellation before work on your project has begun and no deliverable has been provided, you may be eligible for a full refund (minus any processing fees, if applicable).
  • Request must be made in writing (email) to Sales@arshsoft.in before project start.

3. During Development / After Work Started / After Delivery

  • Once work has begun, or deliverables (code, design, files) have been shared with you, no refund will be provided; services rendered till date will be billed.
  • You may instead request modifications or bug-fixes as per agreement.

4. Digital Products & Non-Tangible Services

  • For digital products (like themes, plugins, custom code) or non-tangible services, no returns are possible after delivery; all sales are final.
  • Please review your order carefully before purchasing or placing a request.

5. Exceptional Refunds (Defects or Non-Delivery)

  • If ArshSoft fails to deliver the agreed work within the defined schedule, or deliverables are defective / significantly different from agreed scope, you can request refund or rework.
  • In such cases, we will assess your request, and if validated, offer either rework or partial/full refund (as per severity) at our discretion.

6. How to Request Cancellation / Refund

  • Send a written request to Sales@arshsoft.in with your order/project details, reason for cancellation/refund, invoice/order number.
  • We will respond within 7 business days.

7. Payment Gateway Fees & Processing Charges

  • Any payment gateway or transaction charges borne at time of payment by client will not be refunded.
  • Refund amount will be net of such non-refundable charges.

8. Changes to Policy

  • ArshSoft reserves the right to modify or update this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time.
  • Updated policy will be published on website; continued use of our Services after change constitutes acceptance.
